Sarah Dillon, MSW, LCSW

Sarah is dedicated to working with adolescents and adults to cultivate positive belief systems and strive for their most healthy self. Her passion lies in assisting those who have suffered trauma in finding hope and health. Often, through childhood and life experiences, we form detrimental beliefs about ourselves and the world. Sarah's approach centers on identifying and addressing these negative beliefs, and the habits and patterns of interpersonal relationships that contribute to our distress. Sarah loves working with people and being a part of this growth process. When she is not working, Sarah enjoys time with her family of six, plus two four-legged babies (dogs). Sarah loves the outdoors and any chance she can get to be in or near water. If you come to Sarah's office, you will quickly notice that she loves color and curiously, elephants.
